Lazy Day Makeup Picks

We all have those days where we're either too lazy to spend a lot of time putting makeup on or we are simply in a rush to get ready but still have to look presentable. So today I decided to share my favorite products that are quick and easy to apply but will fool everyone into thinking that you spent hours in front of the mirror. So without further ado here are the products:

On lazy days cream eyeshadows are a lifesaver, they pack a punch and are super easy to apply; my favorites are the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad To The Bronze, a really pretty bronze-taupe color that makes for a very pretty smokey eye. I also love MAC Groundwork paint pot, a matte medium brown, which can be applied as a nice natural wash over the lid or can be built up to achieve that undone sepia toned-eye look (which is very on trend). I couldn't do this post without mentioning a few eye pencils as well. As an eyeshadow I love the Rimmel Scandeleyes in Bad Girl Bronze, which is a warmer toned bronze than the Maybelline shadow but makes for an equally beautiful smokey eye (this product also will stay on for ages). And last but certainly not least, MAC Coffee eye pencil, my absolute favorite brown eyeliner and an added bonus: it goes perfectly with the other eye products mentioned.

Lips & Cheeks

For cheeks I love products that can be used with a light hand and look super natural or can be used a bit heavier and can make the cheeks the focus of the look. One of my favorite blushes for achieving that look is the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Natural Beauty, this blush will give you that après ski look (a look that I will eternally love). I love applying this blush with the Real Techniques Stippling Brush, as it applies very little product, so you don't end up looking like a clown. I also love Benefit's Benetint because it can be used on both lips and cheeks, on the cheeks it looks like a natural rosy flush, whereas on the lips it looks like you have Snow White's lips naturally. For those days that I want a bit of shine on the lips I love the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in Rose Shimmer (you can see a full review for this gem of a lip product here).

What are your favorite lazy day makeup products?
